At our consignment sales:    Sellers (that could be you!), drop off their tagged children’s items to sell….Buyers (that’s you too!) come to shop for bargains galore…..then our sellers pick up their check along with their unsold merchandise the night of the sale closing!  Come consign your children’s items with All 4 Kids consignment sale and receive from 70% of your sales, less a $8  selling fee (reduced to $5 if volunteering) , and a ticket to a special pre-sale for consignors!

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A CONSIGNMENT STORE? If you have only sold your outgrown children’s items through a consignment store, you are in for a wonderful surprise.

All you, the seller, have to do is register with All 4 Kids to sell at our next sale, drop-off your tagged items for sale, then come back two days later to pick up your check and your unsold items!

Vendors

All 4 Kids offers a unique direct marketing blitz for your child or family related business!  We accept Check, MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.

ADVERTISING BAGS! – All 4 Kids will provide “Advertising Bags” to the first 1,000 consignors, volunteers and buyers at each sale. With over 2,000 moms and dads visiting each sale, this is a great marketing opportunity you do not want to miss! This is targeted marketing at its best.   Our moms and dads will love the goodies and coupons from the businesses.  Companies will also receive 2 seller preview sale passes.

* Businesses to supply 1,025 special offer coupons, flyers or small advertising items for these bags (for each purchased sale)

* Cost $125 for 1 sale or $225 for both sales.

First Time Moms

All 4 Kids proudly introduces our “First Time Moms” presale event.   If you are a first time mom with a child up to 12 months, expecting your first child or awaiting adoption of your first child, this special preview sale is for YOU!   With 40,000 – 60,000 items,  you are sure to find everything you need for your newest addition at a fraction of retail!  Come see why our children’s consignment sales are the “talk of the town”!    In the past, only our volunteers and consignors have been invited at our preview sale….but now YOU can join us for a night of great bargains!   Spread the word to your new friends in your childbirth classes……We don’t want to anyone to miss out on this great event!

We have 400-600 families selling gently worn clothing (from infant thru teen), strollers, high chairs, linens, shoes, books, toys and everything else to do with your baby!

This presale is only available to the first 125 “First Time Moms” that sign up below and is only available one time for each new mom.  You will receive a confirmation email with your pass after registration.  You will need to bring a picture ID along with your pass for admittance.  Pass is good for you and your husband or bring the proud grand mom along!  Sorry….but we do not allow other siblings or friends to join you.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, only children 10 and older are permitted to attend our Volunteer/Seller/First Time Mom Presale Event.   This includes no babies/infants in front or back packs.

Volunteer

One reason our sale is successful, is due to our wonderful volunteers.  Thank you for participating year after year.  If you have never volunteered in the past, come volunteer at one, or both of our upcoming sales and I’m sure you will be “hooked”.  Volunteers are invited to a great presale held on the evening before the sales open to the public (1-4 hrs before the sellers!).

Volunteer positions are available for both moms and dads (we have “men only” shifts on Mon., Wed. and Saturday) and vary from set-up, security, sorting, check-in, computer knowledgeable cashiers, signs and break down.  4 1/2 hour shifts start Monday evening and run through Saturday evening.  Register soon, as it is first come, first serve and certain slots fill up quickly!  New this season – We are offering a limited number of shifts that can be split into two shorter shifts for those that can’t get away for 4 1/2 consecutive hours.    Volunteers will be required to work BOTH shifts (totaling 4 1/2 hrs) in order to qualify for the 1 shift volunteer presale pass.

Volunteer Registration will begin through our website link below according to the following schedule.

6/20 @ 8:30am – 3 shift volunteers

6/20 @ 9:30am – 1 & 2 shift volunteers who are also selling in the sale

6/20 @ 10:30am – 1 @ 2 shift volunteers

**Please note that the meal and vendor bag shifts will open at 10:30am to allow everyone the same opportunity for these trade positions.

Trade Services: Can’t get away for 4 1/2 hours?  Then consider the following Trade options.

bullet Meal Trades -If you would like to bring a full, home cooked lunch or dinner for eight, you will earn a 1 shift volunteer presale pass to that sale.   (No canned meats, pork, or fast food please.)   We will have all utensils, plates and drinks.
bullet Newspaper, Radio or TV Coverage:  If you have a contact with any of the local radio, television stations, or newspapers and can “pull some strings” for us (Newspaper article, Radio/TV coverage during the sale etc.). ,  you will earn a volunteer presale pass to the 1 shift volunteer preview sale.    This is not just getting our sale listed in local advertisements.   Please send email through the “Contact Us” link above.
bullet Vendor Bags – You will pick up, stuff and deliver 265 vendor bags to the sale for 1 volunteer presale pass.

Sellers

Come sell your outgrown children’s items and receive 70% of the proceeds less a $8 selling fee (reduced to $5 if also volunteering) per sale location.  All seller’s who have a minimum of 30 items that are accepted for sale, will be given one admittance ticket for one person to enter the preview sale held on the evening before the sale opens to the public.    We use bar-coded tags to minimize any accounting errors and have checks ready the night of sale closing!  Each seller may bring in 375 items.

**We need your HELP!** The sales take a combined effort of our sellers and volunteers and we need your help to make each sale a success!  Because it takes hundreds of volunteers to run each sale, we encourage each seller to volunteer for one, 4 1/2 hr shift during the sale.  As a seller who volunteers,  you will now be given early seller registration assuring you of a seller position,  a ticket to the earlier volunteer presale and a seller fee reduction to $5.


We also offer early registration for our Preferred Sellers.  Sellers who have sold with us for a while and who consistently have gross sales over $225, selling 80% or more of their items, are given Preferred Seller Status.

This season we will be REQUIRING every seller to use our online inventory system.  Sellers who tried the new system last season loved it and we had many comments that it sped up the tagging process!   Even those who tried it while dragging their feet commented that they loved it!   Yeah!   The new online inventory system will allow sellers to enter and tag items ALL YEAR long, check their sales online and see how many items they have left for pickup on Saturday! This is the only online inventory system that I know of that will allow you to enter and tag items during the off season!

Registration:

Seller registration will begin through our website below on Sat., June. 20th, according to the following schedule:

June 20th, 8:30am (Sellers volunteering for 3 shifts)
June 20th, 9:30am (Sellers volunteering for 1 or 2 shifts)
June 27th, 10:30am (Sellers who are unable to volunteer….on a space available basis)

Sellers may only register to sell at 1 sale, unless they volunteer for 3 shifts at both sales.

*In an effort to help those less fortunate, all adults who donate 5 Cans of Food AND $5 Cash for Missions will be given early admittance on opening morning beginning at 8:30am (no donations needed for children).  General admission will open at 9:30am on opening morning.

Hint! – Be sure to bring a laundry basket with a long belt or rope tied to the basket to help carry all of your goodies while you shop.  No baskets are provided.

Sellers: Many of our smart buyers bring their outgrown children’s items to sell, (and receive 70% of sales price!) then use the money they are soon to earn to shop at a special pre-sale for sellers the night before we open to the public!

Volunteers: Want first selection on over 40,000 – 60,000 items?  Then join us as a volunteer for 4 1/2 hours and shop for the very best bargains!

Vendors: Come grow your child or family related products/services by advertising with us!  All vendors also receive a pass to the seller preview sale.
